Our Hiring Process
Application Submission – Apply online or drop off your CV at the school office.
Screening & Shortlisting – Applications are reviewed for qualifications and alignment with our values.
Interview & Demo Lesson – Shortlisted candidates are invited to an interview and teaching demonstration.
Offer & Onboarding – Successful candidates receive an offer and are supported with induction training.
Do I need Montessori training to apply?
Montessori training is preferred but not required for all roles. We provide ongoing training and professional development.
