Our recruitment and professional development approach

We take pride in building a team of teachers who are not only highly qualified but also deeply committed to the children they teach. We maintain a rigorous recruitment process to ensure that every teacher we hire demonstrates competence, strong values, and a genuine commitment to child-centered education that define our school. Each candidate is carefully evaluated through CV and qualification checks, reference verifications, and, where needed, demonstration lessons to confirm both skill and fit with our school culture

Once a part of our team, our teachers receive continuous support and development. From advanced Montessori training to ICT and STEM upskilling, classroom management workshops, and one-on-one mentoring, we invest in our educators so they can give their very best to our students. This combination of high standards and genuine care ensures that every child is guided by teachers who are not only skilled but also inspired to help become their best.

PTA & governance

Parents are key partners in everything we do at DMIS. They carry the values and lessons of the classroom into their homes, making them true collaborators in every child’s learning journey. Our PTA Committee brings parents and teachers together to make school life richer and more meaningful for our children. The PTA also gives every parent a voice and a place to share ideas, collaborate, and build connections that last well beyond the school gates.
